Meet Juniper Culinary Apothecary, chef Sarah Acconcia’s tiny culinary haven, featuring organic & fair trade spices, tea blends, rare superfoods and pantry goods.
Sarah Acconcia honed her broad culinary experience in some of Baltimore’s most eclectic and exciting kitchens. She also runs Wild Thyme Event Studio, a boutique offbeat wedding planning studio. During her career, she has held the position of Executive Chef of Bookmakers Cocktail Club, Executive Chef at Le Garage, Executive Chef of 13.5% Wine Bar, Sous Chef at the popular Lauraville restaurant Maggie’s Farm, and wood oven cook at the award-winning Woodberry Kitchen. In 2014, the Baltimore City Paper named her Best Chef.
